Tank Bar Light

Tree Frogs?
I have a 20 gallon tank with two green tree frogs and two green anoles. The tank has a screen top and a light bar with two 25 watt bulbs. I am concerned that the tank is not warm enough and that the humidity is definately below what it should be. I mist the tank twice daily and I mist the coconut fiber subtrate. What do I need to do to make this tank warmer and raise the humidity level. Maybe change to a glass top? Add undertank heater ? Thanks to all who answer
hi there
don't use a glass top they need air circulation ... i would suggest a under tank heater .. although they don't need high heat... they need more humidity...
as for the humidity place a water fall or large flat of water dish over the under the tank heater .. live plants and green moss also helps raise the humidity use soil if ur using live plants with the coconut fiber on top..
we use this method.. it works ...
hope this helps
